As animal-lovers and -rescuers, we’re proud to be a pet-friendly company! Though, if your pet is aggressive in any way or contributes messes as we clean, we recommend that you leave him or her outside or in a gated area to ensure the safety of our professional cleaners. Even pets who are not known to mark their territory can be inclined to mark territory when they detect a 'new' person in their environment, especially one busying around with cleaning potions and quizzical-looking contraptions (e.g., ever seen a pup rough-house with a mop or try to defend against a vacuum?) . . . which works against a house-cleaning. If you don’t plan on being home when we arrive, please let us know how to appropriately handle cleaning around your pet, pending no aggression* whatsoever. :)
*Even when animals are known to be mellow and trusting, cleaning tools such as vacuums, mops, steam cleaners, dusters, and so forth can look intimidating to some animals!
